Michele A. Del Monaco serves as Associate Broker of Cobblestone Retail Group, Inc., a full-service real estate firm located in Roswell, Georgia. Ms. Del Monaco has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, beginning her career with Mimms Enterprises, as Sr. Vice President of Leasing, leading a team of professionals over a sixty property portfolio, covering both retail and industrial environments. In addition, she was a regional leasing manager for Developers Diversified Realty (DDR), overseeing a retail portfolio of eight million square feet throughout the Southeast.
Currently she focuses on the representation of retail shopping centers and retail tenants in the Atlanta market. Tenant portfolio includes Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, MetroPCS, National Vision, Einstein Bagels and Half Price Books.
Ms. Del Monaco earned her degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Florida and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Florida and Georgia. She served as the Georgia State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) from 2009-2012, directing programs throughout the state including Alliance, Operations, Retail, Next Generation and Government Relations. Continuing her work with ICSC, Ms. Del Monaco is the program chair for ICSC and ACBR (Atlanta Commercial Board of Real Estate) continuing education program for the Retail Expert Series.
