Bio
Michele is the Director of Leasing and Asset Management for CLK Properties’ commercial office and retail portfolio primarily located in New York and Chicago. In this role, she oversees all aspects of leasing and asset management for these properties including interaction with tenants, brokers, senior management, partners and lenders.
In addition, Michele is an Asset Manager within our residential portfolio, providing senior operational oversight for multifamily apartment properties located in Chicago and Pennsylvania. Overall in both roles, Michele ensures that ownership’s operational and capital renovation goals are met on each of the properties in her portfolio. Michele is also involved in the acquisition, refinance and depositions of properties.
Michele joined CLK Properties in March of 2010. Prior to joining CLK Properties, Michele was in the banking industry for 11 years where she specialized in commercial lending.
Michele graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and resides on Long Island with her husband and three children.
