Michelle leads sales and marketing strategy at M Gibson Hospitality Ventures, overseeing revenue generation and portfolio-wide profitability across more than 25 hotels under brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Wyndham. With over two decades of hospitality experience, her career began in 2000 at the Adam’s Mark Hotel in Charlotte, NC, and has since included leadership roles at Radisson, Wyndham, Hilton, and IHG properties across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Michelle has a strong track record in hotel openings, including the award-winning Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Airport. Since joining Gibson Hotel Management in 2016, she has advanced through multiple roles, culminating in her promotion to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2020.
