Michelle’s first involvement in marinas was as an investor and lender. She then formed Simply Marinas, a national marina brokerage and advisory national firm.
Her training has been helpful in assisting marina clients in valuation and in advising marina owners how to position their marina for sale. Michelle had executive positions in sales, marketing, and financial analysis.
