A native of East Texas, Michelle Blackburn was raised in Canton, home of First Monday Trade Days. Michelle’s family actually owned The Arbors and several parking lots, and she learned plenty about real estate working there for 20 years. When she eventually got her license, Michelle’s first real estate sale was a farm-and-ranch transaction outside of Canton.<br> <br>Michelle continued growing her portfolio in residential sales for new and existing homes in Tyler. She and her husband, Blair, eventually moved their family to Dallas, where she joined Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate in the Highland Park office in 2013. Selling in the Park Cities/North Dallas markets added breadth to Michelle’s experience in marketing and selling luxury home properties. In October of 2020, Michelle moved her brokerage back to the Tyler market and is thrilled continue to serve her Dallas clients and add new clients in Tyler and the East Texas region. She offers a wealth of real estate knowledge along with networking, research skills, and a relentless work ethic. Her clients expect excellence, and Michelle easily delivers. Her understanding of market trends with an instinct for seeing favorable opportunities for clients, make Michelle a valuable asset in any transaction, whether farm and ranch, commercial, lake property, second home investments, new construction or multimillion dollar homes.<br> <br>Michelle maintains her broker’s license in Dallas and continues to faithfully serve her clients here, but also invests significant time with Tyler clients and REALTOR colleagues. Her engagement in both markets gives her clients uncommon access and advantage with representation and exposure in Dallas and Tyler MLS systems.
