Michelle Horne joined Crescent Communities in 2021 and serves as Director of Multifamily Construction. With more than 15 years of experience across multifamily, healthcare, and commercial projects, she has delivered over 1,000 multifamily units and 300,000 square feet of healthcare and commercial space. Before assuming her current role, Michelle served as Construction Manager for the East Region
Prior to joining Crescent Communities, Michelle was a Project Manager with James R. Vannoy & Sons Construction. Earlier in her career, she worked with Samet Construction, where she developed foundational experience in Type V projects. Michelle is also a veteran of the United States Coast Guard
Michelle actively volunteers with She Built this City and was previously a lead ACE mentor for several years aiding high school students of career opportunities in architecture, construction, and engineering.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the School of Engineering at Florida International University.
