Bio
As Vice President on Northmarq’s Debt & Equity Team, I originate and structure financing for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Northmarq is a direct lender through Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, and also serves as an intermediary with banks, life companies, debt funds, and equity providers - giving clients access to a full spectrum of capital sources.
Previously, I worked with Romulan Capital, supporting acquisitions and asset management across a private equity portfolio with an emphasis on distressed assets and credit underwriting. I also contributed to Newmark’s top-producing Debt & Structured Finance team, gaining hands-on experience executing complex capital markets transactions and collaborating with institutional sponsors and lenders.
With a degree in economics from UCLA, I bring analytical rigor, market insight, and a collaborative approach to every engagement. My early career in entertainment sharpened my communication, leadership, and client service skills - strengths I now apply to investor relations, capital raising, and market strategy.
