Mike is a career hospitality professional beginning in food service business in Northern Ohio in the late 80's, and then adding the hotel business to his career in 1997. With close to 30 years in the hospitality business, Mike along with wife Hayley have successfully owned, operated and developed several hotel projects from 1997-2010.
Since then, Mike and Hayley started Naples Hotel Group to provide Fee development and Fee Management services to Companies in search of a someone that could provide expertise from ground up development to operations. Mike and his family have now successfully developed several more Upscale Limited and Select service Hotels for third party clients. Mike has gained extensive experience in site selection, design and full development of multiple Upscale limited and select service hotels. He has been intimately involved in the opening and operating of these hotels over the last 20 years. In addition, he is also a licensed broker in Florida and Texas. He offers a full-service consultation to clients who want to build a hotel portfolio from site selection to financing to daily operations.
