Michael Etchison has been a Principal Associate with Millenia Partners since 2008 and has been involved in multiple sales & leasing transactions as well as developing of properties. Prior to joining Millenia, Michael operated his own commercial and residential development company for over 40 years.
His career began in Indiana, working with his family’s small manufacturing company after college graduation. A few years later, he succeeded his father as CEO and grew the company from a single location operation with 75 employees to a regional employer in three cities with over 243 employees serving the Automotive and Home Appliance Markets throughout the Midwest, East and Southeast US.
During his tenure in manufacturing Mike also began developing commercial properties in his hometown of Muncie, Indiana with the portfolio valued at nearly $20 million. After selling the manufacturing company in 1990, he relocated to central Florida with his family and continued his development activities which included property management. Over the next three decades, Michael developed several income producing properties as well as adding to his development portfolio of vacation homes in NC and single-family home sites in Central Florida.
Michael has lived in west Orlando since 1990. He has been married since 1985 and loves to spend his time with his 7 children and 14 grandchildren.
