I have been working in real estate for 5 years, helping investors for 4 years, and investing myself for 3 years. I love teaching those that are interested in starting their real estate investment journey and helping anyone acquire an investment property, whether it is their first, 10th, or more; whether it is as a sole investor, JV, or as a part of a syndication.
I have helped more than 30 investors to acquire over $10 million in investment properties, as well as putting together 5 syndications that have helped over 40 people acquire an equity position in real estate, whether it be for 1% or 20%!!
