With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, I serve as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group in the Pembine (Beecher) office. I specialize in marketing and selling recreational properties, including hunting land, waterfront homes, and cabins throughout northern Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
As someone who lives, works, and fully embraces the Northwoods lifestyle, I bring firsthand knowledge and genuine passion to every transaction. I also have extensive experience with the Wisconsin Managed Forest Law (MFL) program, offering valuable insight and guidance to both landowners and buyers navigating this unique opportunity.
In addition to my real estate career, I’ve spent more than 30 years as a small business owner across telecommunications, distribution, retail, and recreation. This diverse background gives me a strong understanding of investment-focused clients and the complexities of business ownership. Paired with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance, I provide expertise in commercial real estate, business brokerage, and distinctive residential properties.
Outside of real estate, I’m an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking throughout the Northwoods. I’m also committed to serving my community as a Medical First Responder with Pembine Rescue. In addition, I serve as a delegate to the Wisconsin Conservation Congress and currently hold the role of Chair for Marinette County, working to help shape conservation policy and protect our natural resources.
