Relationships sit at the center of Mike’s approach to commercial real estate. Since joining P.A. Commercial in 2019, Mike has worked with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors, helping them navigate office, special-purpose, and investment transactions with clarity and creativity.
Mike specializes in office leasing and sales and special-purpose properties, with investment experience across office, medical office, and mixed-use assets. His expertise includes site selection, lease negotiation, investment strategy, market analysis, business relocation, and portfolio sales—allowing him to support clients through every phase of a transaction.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time on Michigan’s lakes during the summer and skiing in the mountains during the winter. A fun fact many don’t know: Mike played professional hockey, and if he weren’t in commercial real estate, he could easily see himself pursuing a career coaching at the professional level.
