Since joining Hogan Real Estate in 2001, Mike has provided day-to-day leadership and direction to the asset management, operations, and leasing and investment sales functions at Hogan. Mike also leads Hogan Real Estate’s development implementation team. He works closely with the President and CEO on strategic planning, business development, and investment analysis.
Mike has more than 25 years of management experience in the real estate industry, including 10 years with Oxford Properties, a large, fully-integrated North American real estate company. He has been involved in single tenant net lease properties, enclosed shopping centers, open-air retail centers, and large complex mixed-use projects.
A native of Northern Ontario, Canada, Mike holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Western Ontario, in London, Ontario.
During his career, Mike has been involved and had leadership positions in numerous organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Louisville Downtown Management District.
