As Vice President of Dispositions, Mike is responsible for coordinating the disposition of completed developments. His responsibilities include contract negotiation, facilitation of the due diligence process and escrow management. Prior to joining Watermark, Mike spent five years with Marcus & Millichap selling multifamily assets and four years with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., (HFF) specializing in the financing and sale of commercial real estate. Mike is a licensed Indiana real estate salesperson and a certified commercial investment member candidate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana State University
