Having spent more than 17 years in mortgage brokerage with a primary focus on multifamily lending, Mike McKinstry has, since 2000, been involved in site acquisition and sale of finished product for many of the same clients he formerly financed. This focus has expanded to include land acquisition in L-1, 2 and L-3 zoning for Town Homes, NC zoned sites for mixed use, as well as suburban sites for single family development.
Additionally, Investment Sales still play a major part in the business plan, as many of the land acquisition are entitled, constructed and sold.
