Mr. Pitman is The Founder and Managing Principal of Light Grove Capital, a New York based real estate investment firm. Responsible for the investment activities and negotiate the deals of the company, Mike also spearheads all foreign investor relations and acquisitions transaction for Light Grove.
Prior to founding Lightgrove Capital, Mr. Pitman founded several companies in the real estate investment industry, to development ventures with properties in several strategic Manhattan Brooklyn Queens and Philadelphia, Florida submarkets. Throughout his 16-year career in real estate investment, Mike has developed and renovated hundreds of transactions over his career.
