Michael is a veteran Commercial & Government Real Estate Financing Specialist who has provided Single-Tenant & Multi-Tenant financing through various finance programs since 1979. His unique experience and knowledge in CTL and GSA financing led to the formation of Amerifund Commercial Corp (AMERIFUND) in 1993. Michael has successfully provided financing on hundreds of nationwide Single-Tenant and Multi-Tenant properties, including to-be-built projects, acquisitions, and refinances.
