Before joining Extreme Hospitality, Mike held several senior management positions with nationally recognized hotel ownership and management groups. His track record includes success as a General Manager of multiple full-service properties as well as Area General Manager, where he oversaw a portfolio of branded hotels. Under his leadership, properties consistently outperformed in key metrics including RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
