Mike Wells, CCIM, CPM®, President and Founder of Wells Asset Management, Inc., has 40 years of real estate experience. Mr. Wells has extensive experience in Real Estate Management, Asset Management, Acquisition, Disposition, Brokerage and financing. He has been involved in the brokerage and financing of a half billion dollars in investment real estate, consisting of multi-family, retail, and office assets. Mike Wells attended the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is a licensed broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and has completed all requirements for the Certified Property Manager (CPM®). Mike has also been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member, (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.
