A native of Winston-Salem, Mr. Wiles has worked with NAI Southern Real Estate for over 18 years and has extensive experience representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in all aspects of medical, office, land assemblages/dispositions, and investment properties. He has completed hundreds of transactions valued at more than $1.2 billion over his career and consistently qualifies for the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors Platinum Award for top office brokers each year. Mr. Wiles is the Chair of the Hemby Children’s Hospital Golf Classic, a Board Member of the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center Foundation, and Founder of Twin City Santa.
