Mikki is a Senior Surveyor within Fisher German’s Development team, specialising in both immediate land sale opportunities and longer-term strategic land projects. She works on behalf of a wide range of landowning clients to identify and unlock residential development potential, partnering with leading housebuilders and promoters to secure planning consent and maximise land value.
With a strong understanding of local planning policy and market dynamics, Mikki is involved in every stage of the development process- from early feasibility and promotion strategy through to negotiation and disposal. Her collaborative and commercially focused approach ensures that clients receive clear, strategic advice tailored to achieve best value outcomes across both short and long-term opportunities.
Mikki is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, taking pride in providing open communication throughout every stage of a project.
