Miles has worked in property development for 28 years.
Miles has worked for English Partnerships and South West RDA delivering and funding regeneration projects, such as; The Eden project, National Maritime Museum Cornwall and Falmouth University. In 2006 Miles joined Priority Sites Ltd a private sector developer delivering commercial projects throughout the Westcountry. In 2010 Miles joined Cornwall Airport Newquay and has progressed a programme of investment to grow an aerospace cluster, culminating in the award of Enterprise Zone in 2011. Miles is the lead for the delivery of Cornwall''''s only Enterprise Zone and Aerospace/Space growth in Cornwall.
