Miles provides lease auditing services for Chelepis clients, executing audit programs for Fortune 100 lease portfolios. Miles has over 4 years’ experience working within Commercial Real Estate, initially focusing on brokerage before transitioning to Chelepis in December 2023.
He has an innate drive to find opportunities and savings for on behalf of his clients and prides himself on his analytical skill as well as his ability to work collaboratively with both landlord’s and colleagues to solve issues. In his short time at Chelepis, he has negotiated hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings for clients.
In addition to his role as a Lease Auditor, Miles provides administrative and analytical support to Tracy Chelepis’ portfolio of Industrial and Office assets.
In Miles’ free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, going for a long walk or a bike ride, watching new movies, and playing tennis with friends. Miles is an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and is a member of the Kansas City CCIM Chapter.
