Based in Charlotte, NC Milin Mehta joined Marcus & Millichap as a member the JMW Hotel team in December of 2019. Milin and his team advise clients on hospitality assets across the southeast with a focus on the Carolina markets. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earning degrees in both Software Information Systems and Organizational Communication. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Milin worked at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Charlotte, North Carolina. Merrill Lynch is the American investing and wealth management division of Bank of America. The firm is a prominent brokerage house focused on wealth management and financial planning for individuals, institutions and private entities, including hospitality companies. His family has served the hospitality industry for over 25+ years – specializing in custom bedding, FF&E and window treatments. Milin's passion for the hospitality space from all of these experiences led to him making the move to hospitality investment sales. In his free time Milin enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and spending time outdoors as well as with his friends and family.
