Miranda Jennings is a client service specialist with CBRE supporting office advisory & transaction professionals Marc Magliarditi and Travis Landes. In her role Miranda provides vital support services to ensure a seamless client experience. Miranda works closely with the team to launch and coordinate marketing campaigns, research tenants in the market, target potential buyers/investors, prepare real estate documents, manage multiple databases, correspond with clients and prepare site selection research. Within each of these responsibilities Miranda expertly leverages the full CBRE platform of services to ensure clients achieve successful outcomes. Her extensive experience in people and project management augment her strategic focus, analytical skills and customer service mindset.
Prior to joining CBRE, Miranda served as a leader within the gaming and hospitality industry responsible for providing guidance for long-term strategic projects, while also serving as project manager for many enterprise-wide initiatives. She draws from her previous experience to ensure the team’s strategic solutions and process align with the needs of their clients.
Miranda is also actively involved in the community. She is a graduate of the 2012 Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Las Vegas program and serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit Ace’s Sanctuary & Cat Rescue, focused on providing veterinary care and nutrition to abandoned or abused felines.
