Mirza Avdovic is a real estate executive with years of experience in a multitude of real estate facets. Working alongside developers and clients, Mirza has complete deal lifecycle experience in acquisitions, capital markets, leasing, development sales, and design.
In 2020, Mirza took the entrepreneurial plunge to bring to market Beyond Capital, a vertically integrated real estate investment, development and advisory firm headquartered in New York City, focused on investment and repositioning opportunities within major national markets.
As a real estate investor himself, Mirza's knowledge of rezoning laws and construction allows him to provide alternative investment market research, data, and insight to his clients. He believes that credible real time data and outside the box solutions are key to providing service at the highest level. He has been credited for achieving record breaking prices for his land deals and recipient of the prestigious REBNY Rookie of the Year Award in 2016.
Equally key to his unrivaled accomplishments is his incomparable market knowledge, and attention-to-detail. Mirza strives on providing bespoke solutions to his foreign and domestic clients, who have wide-ranging interests daily. He embraces the use of the latest technology to simplify transactions, manage communications, and market his listings to customers on various mediums.
Mirza balances his driving business practice with an equal dedication to leadership in campaigns for philanthropy, diversity and equity, and mentorship. He advocates strongly for mentorship of many new agents and young people looking to advance their careers in real estate. Mirza is often featured as a guest speaker for the Real Estate Board of New York, and other industry events and schools. He is also a lecturer at Keller Williams teaching courses in new development, real estate investing, valuation, and feasibility studies and an active member of the REBNY & Urban Land Institute.
