Bio
Missy Davis-Whiddon joined Southeast Commercial in 2009 as a Florida broker with more than 20 years of specialized experience in commercial and investment site selection and tenant representation. Whiddon also has a background in government public affairs, legislative affairs, and sales outside of the real estate industry. She has experience managing all aspects of commercial real estate and construction projects for owners and developers, and as a principal partner.
Missy's work on behalf of clients has led to experience and relationships in the commercial real estate development and shopping center business at a national level. These relationships allow her to achieve success and create value for clients in all markets throughout the Southeast.
Missy attended Tallahassee Community College, and in addition to brokerage, co-owns a retail cosmetic/medical practice as a licensed aesthetician with her husband. She is a member of St. Peter's Anglican Church and is involved in her community through her church outreach programs such as Hands on Tallahassee. Her other involvement includes serving as a board member for Adopt-A-Village Missions, Inc. All of her involvement is specifically mission-based medical and non-medical programs. She and her husband are Florida State University Boosters, an endowed scholarship provider, and supporters of Florida State University College of Medicine Foundation and Capital Medical Society and Alliance.
