Bio
Mitch Faccio is a Senior Vice President and serves as an active member on MLG Capital’s Investment Committee and Operations Committee. Mitch is also a principal member of MLG’s Tech Committee, which focuses on the advancement of the company’s data and technology platforms across all business units.
Mitch joined MLG Capital in 2015 and has developed extensive market knowledge working with the Private Equity, Legacy, and Direct Acquisitions teams throughout his career. He resides in the Dallas office and has management responsibility over the company’s Sunbelt Team. In this role, he and his team are primarily focused on developing local relationships with real estate professionals to source and fund potential Direct & Legacy acquisitions. In addition, he is greatly involved in the due diligence, financing, closing, and implementation of the investment strategy on the MLG assets.
Prior to joining MLG Capital, Mitch worked in property and facilities management for 3 years; with a focus on student and market-rate housing. Mitch developed a vast understanding of the fundamentals of property management, including financial budgeting, cost control management, and project oversight. These experiences prepared him for success in the acquisition, disposition, and valuation of investment properties.
Mitch is an Honors Graduate at Marquette University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. His degree emphasis was law and economic policy with a personal focus on real estate transactions. He has also been published by REBusiness and Real Assets Advisor for his real estate market insights.
