Mr. Yankowitz began his career in the Motion Picture Business here in Los Angeles. He worked for three of the major studios, Paramount, Universal Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox. As Executive Vice President, he was in charge of international marketing. He has successfully applied his extensive marketing expertise to the Southern California real estate market, focusing exclusively on medical office buildings. He has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 1986. He received his MBA in marketing and finance from USC and BA in economics from UCLA
