Mitchell Bastien joined Newmark Knight Frank as part of the office segment in 2017. Specializing in representing tenants in the market and evaluating their leasing needs, he is able to assist in negotiating renewals, re-negotiations and relocations. He also represents landlords, helping to create cash flow for owners and assisting them in depositions.
Mr. Bastien is a part of the 2019 Next Gen Program through the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW). The program helps young real estate professionals learn the different sectors of the industry and gain perspective and knowledge from industry leaders. Mr. Bastien is also a candidate for CCIM designation, which would give him the breadth to provide investment knowledge to his clients.
