With more than 12 years of investment experience, Mr. Halpern is a Senior Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Investment Advisors based in Miami, where he specializes in the disposition of retail real estate across Florida and the Southeast.
During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Halpern has been involved in the underwriting and sale of over $2.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions for a broad range of clients, including institutions, public and private REITS, advisors, developers, and private investors.
Mr. Halpern’s retail experience covers the full spectrum of retail real estate, including neighborhood and community shopping centers, power and lifestyle centers, malls, strip centers, high street and entertainment retail.
