In 2005, Mohammad R. Islam, the CEO of Assurance Hospitality, bought the first independent hotel in Reno. It was purely an investment idea without any future vision. He continued acquisitions and learning the operations in nest 10 years. In 2015, Assurance Hospitality is formed with a vision to acquire a portfolio of hotels to provide the service to the guests. In 2017, Mr. Islam left his engineering job to focus in hospitality industry.
