At a young age, Moin Haque immigrated from Southeast Asia to Cleveland, Ohio, with just $500 in borrowed money and a burning desire to succeed. With no family support, he worked security in a tough neighborhood, rented a basement room, and enrolled in community college—sleeping just 4–5 hours a night. A third-shift assembly job helped him earn his bachelor’s in accounting from Cleveland State University, followed by an MBA in Finance and Investment Banking from Case Western Reserve University. Moin rose through the ranks at a global insurance company, becoming a key executive within five years. In 2001, he discovered a passion for real estate investing, quickly building a successful portfolio and helping others do the same. His journey is a testament to resilience, vision, and the power of real estate to transform lives.
