Bio
Molly was born in Greenville, SC. She grew up in Charlotte, NC, which has been home for the greater part of her life. As a Senior Vice President with TSCG, she specializes in the overall strategic merchandising and leasing of power centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, lifestyle/specialty centers, and single and multi-tenant outparcel strip centers in both North and South Carolina. She currently works with institutional, regional, and local owners such as RREEF, SITE Centers, Slate, Westwood Financial, ALRIG USA, Seritage, M&J Wilkow, and MetLife. Molly joined TSCG in January of 2010 and has been with the company for over ten years. A graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Business, Molly served as Co-Chair for the 2012 & 2013 National Landlord Leasing Council for Chainlinks, has completed CCIM 101, and is an active member of ICSC.
