Molly is a real estate advisor on the Colliers | Wisconsin occupier advisory team. In her role, Molly supports tenants of all sizes with a range of services including site selection, lease and purchase negotiation, strategic planning and project management. Prior to joining Colliers, Molly spent 7 years managing complex capital projects for healthcare providers and real estate investment trusts. Her responsibilities included project assessment, solution consultation and customized project management through the life cycle of my projects. Molly is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she majored in business and sociology. This combination helps her cater business solutions to various thought processes, motivations and influences. Molly is eager to provide the best possible experience for her clients by understanding their unique needs and goals at the local and national levels. Molly has the support of an experienced team who has prioritized getting involved in the Milwaukee community.
