As an entrepreneur and business manager in the luxury goods market for 20 years, Monique Graciotti redefined the customer service experience for leading retailer Nordstrom and world renown automobile manufacturer Rolls Royce Motors via her “Personal Touch” approach. Monique, who speaks English and Spanish, now provides those same high caliber professional services to domestic and international buyers and sellers of luxury properties throughout South Florida.<br /><br />Monique offers clients integrity, accountability, honesty, and empathy. She unfailingly keeps her promises, cares deeply about helping customers achieve their goals, makes herself available to them at all times, and strives to establish strong, lasting relationships built on trust and dependability.<br /><br />Though her parents hail from Buenos Aires, Monique was born in New York City. At age 18, she majored in International Studies at Spain’s University of Málaga, then spent some time traveling around Europe before relocating to Boca Raton to earn a degree in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.<br /><br />She and her family currently reside in Coral Gables, where she is involved with the March of Dimes, a U.S. nonprofit that works to improve the health of mothers and babies; Dress for Success, a global nonprofit that provides professional attire for low income women to help support their job search and interview process; and Nourish the Children, a private initiative that applies business principles to address the problem of childhood hunger in a sustainable manner. Monique is also involved with St. Judes Children Hospital.
