Monte Ritchey is a 20 plus year veteran of the Real Estate business and is expert in urban infill development, land use and entitlements, and historic preservation. Monte brings operating experience as well; owning and managing construction, property management and development companies. Mr. Ritchey has been honored by ULI, AIA, ASLA, The Counselors of Real Estate, Preservation North Carolina, Charlotte Center City Partners and others while completing projects in partnership with Private Capital, Fortune 500 clients and through Public/Private partnerships. Municipal budgets, demographics, and life today all point to a need for more efficient use of time and money and therefore land. Estimating the value and potential of urban land is complicated. Monte will help clients realize that value. Monte and his wife Jessica have been in Charlotte all of their adult lives and have son and a daughter, William and Olivia.
