Mr. Tinkham received his Bachelors of Science in Real Estate Finance from University of Southern California in May of 1984. He was with CB Richard Ellis for 17 years and was a top ten producer for 8 of those years in the Houston Galleria Office.
In January of 2002, Mr. Tinkham started Monte L. Tinkham Properties LLC specializing in retail commercial properties and land sales. Mr. Tinkham has represented many clients including CVS Pharmacy, Sentinel Trust, Lone Star Opportunity Fund/Hudson Advisors, VOYA, Freeman Family Trust, and more.
