Morgan Collins sources new development and acquisition opportunities, using detailed feasibility analysis and in-depth market research to further the strategic growth of the company. Prior to joining Collins, Morgan was an Associate in Advisory and Transaction Services at CBRE specializinf in landlord and tenant representation and representing 3 million SF of office space across Westchester and Fairfield Counties. Morgan is an active ULI member, holding a seat on ULI's Small Scale Development Council as well as serving as Co-Chair of the Young Leaders Group. She has been recognized as a Developing Leader by NAIOP and is also a memeber of REFA. She is a graduate of Trinity College and lives with her husband and dog in DArien, Connecticut.
