Born and raised in Richardson, TX, and a lifelong resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Morgan brings a unique insider’s perspective to the commercial real estate market. His clients benefit from over 22 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, including extensive work as a land developer and broker. With a background in managing multi-million dollar residential community projects from acquisition to final stages, Morgan possesses invaluable expertise in property identification, acquisition, and zoning.
Morgan’s specialization in land and industrial real estate allows him to help clients uncover hidden opportunities and future value in potential properties, while also highlighting unique attributes that resonate in the regional, Texas, and national markets.
