As Director, Client Solutions, Morgan Neely focuses on delivering innovative solutions that achieve stronger asset performance and stewardship for clients in Dallas and across Lincoln’s National Property Management platform.
Morgan brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial office, industrial, retail, and data center operations. She has successfully led teams across client relations, business development, change management, employee development, risk management, and process and operational consulting, with a consistent focus on driving NOI growth.
Most recently, Morgan served as Associate Director, Property Management for Stream Realty Partners, where she was responsible for the performance of an industrial portfolio of 43 million sq. ft. across 24 clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. She previously served as Client Manager for Holt Lunsford Commercial and as Real Estate Manager for Digital Realty.
