Morris Greenberg started Gilmarc Associates in 1998 and since then has established himself as a creative and personable deal maker. With his experience in the industry he puts new and established buyers in the market at ease with his knowledge and his ability to make sure the most difficult of deals have a good end result for all parties involved. His role within Cedar Dean Gilmarc is to oversee the disposal team, bring in key disposal instructions and to establish close connections with the new operators/brands to the leisure scene. Outside of the work environment Morris enjoys spending time with the family, socialising, boxing and table tennis, having been a highly ranked national player for many years in his slimmer and fitter days!
