Moshe Biton is a Real Estate executive specializing in the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial assets for large real estate funds.
He is the proud owner and the broker of record for Capital Group Realty, a distinguished real estate firm based in Aventura, Florida.
He currently serves as the Director of Acquisition and an Equity Partner in several real estate ventures. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Biton was a Senior Acquisition Analyst at Invitation Homes (Owned by Blackstone New York, the largest private equity fund in the world) where he underwrote thousands of deals over a few years, resulting in the purchase of over 5000 homes valued at more than 1 billion dollars. Mr. Biton is an expert in OFF MARKET & DISTRESSED properties, working with both local and foreign investors.
Mr. Biton is a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Board.
