Patricia is a longtime South Jersey resident with a love of historic structures and newly built modern homes. Patricia brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the table as a new home builder’s agent and a re-sales realtor with strong, honest, trustworthy and superior negotiating skills to the agency that she calls HOME as she returns there today. Weichert Realtors started her off with her first year when she won Agent #1 in year 2004 of sales and continued as Rookie of the Year Award 2005 with her first new home builder KHovnanian Homes for achieving over goals when managing multiple communities. She then sold over 347 homes during 2006 - 2008 and received Raving Fan Awards because of many marketing survey responses with comments of impressive work, knowing skills, great attitude and effort. In 2009 she was awarded the Annual SAM Award with the highest sales consultant of the year working for a local New Jersey Home Builder JSHovnanian & Sons. Patricia then returned to re-sales
