Mustafa Burhani Began His real estate career on the residential side in 2020 during the peak of covid, while most people foresaw a real estate collapse, Mustafa saw opportunity to help those owning and wanting to own investment properties. After two years in residential real estate, he narrowed his focus to the commercial side of things and began his career at Partners with a specialization in single tenant net lease properties.
Before getting his license, Mustafa invested passively in flipping houses and holding land after he was encouraged by his father to start looking at options for investing money and walk on the path to create generational wealth.
When he isn't helping his clients, Mustafa likes to do photography, cook, and be in the great outdoors. Mustafa had the opportunity to attend high school in Nairobi Kenya as an exchange student where he learned valuable lessons on what life has to offer.
As a broker, Mustafa’s goal is to be able to help his clients preserve and increase their equity while reducing risk, increase cash flow, strategize strategic 1031 exchanges and advise in client portfolios as a whole whether it be a short-term hold, long-term hold or something they plan on passing on to their heirs
