Myles Stepner joins Dwntwn Realty Advisors following a 5 year period working at Avison Young’s Miami office. At Avison Young he worked on the seller representation side, partnering with Principal and Managing Director Michael Fay, while at times assisting the Capital Markets team. During his time at Avison Young he participated in and closed over $65,000,000 worth of sales transactions with Real Estate Investment Firms such as Property Markets Group, Terra Group, Habitat Group, Andover Properties, and Rivergate Companies. He has represented property owners in many of Miami’s prominent urban markets such as Wynwood, Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, and Edgewater. Myles has an applied focus in Downtown Coral Gables, Downtown Coconut Grove, and Downtown South Miami.
