Myles specializes in advising CPG (Beauty + Fashion), Entertainment, and Technology companies to position their real estate needs as a vehicle for further growth. After previously working with CREA colleagues at Avison Young, Myles is excited to have reunited with his former team, continuing their shared mission of delivering exceptional service to clients.
Myles’ expertise spans both office and industrial real estate, with a focus on key markets such as Santa Monica, Culver City, WeHo, and Hollywood. Myles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA, where he competed in Cross Country and Track & Field. He currently resides in Long Beach with his wife, who was also his college teammate. Together, they enjoy an active lifestyle that includes running, soccer, and surfing.
