Over 20-years experience managing the purchase and build-out of commercial office and service operations locally and nationally. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has managed a diverse portfolio of national programs and projects. As a former aviation executive, Mr. Jenkins has direct experience working with federal and municipal Airport and Air Traffic Control interests, Airport Commissions and airspace issues associated with airport land. Mr. Jenkins has a broad and practical understanding of the client side of multi-family purchase and sales, this coupled with experience and education in investing and corporate finance, built upon the foundation of his MBA, will aid in accomplishing client objectives beyond simple return on investment.
