Nancy Claussen's journey in real estate began in 1979 as a secretary. She quickly moved into appraising and property management before leaping into real estate sales in 1998. With experience spanning virtually every level of the real estate process, Nancy brings a rare depth of understanding — from the brick-and-mortar details of a property to the legal and contractual complexities of a transaction.
She genuinely enjoys every aspect of the industry and knows firsthand that many moving parts go into finding your dream home. The most gratifying moments in her career are handing over keys to a new homeowner and seeing the smiles and excitement on her clients' faces.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois in Children, Family, and Community Services. Her background in counseling has been a tremendous asset in supporting friends, family, and clients through their passions and life's biggest decisions.
