Big River Properties is located on the corner of 10 ½ Mile Road and Brooks Road in downtown Irons. We have a sales team of 7 real estate agents, including 4 associate brokers servicing Lake, Manistee, Mason and Wexford Counties with a combined experience of over 50 years in the real estate business. Established in 2001 by broker/owner, Nancy Randall, the office has moved from its original location across from the post office in Irons to its current location. Nancy and her family are life long residents of the area and she has over 33 years in the local real estate business. Our office is open 6 days a week servicing the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday with evening hours by appointment. We have recently open an office in Wellston and Free Soil servicing customers by appointments. We are here to service all of your real estate needs and your business is very important to us.
